Common questions
How do you price an engagement?
We quote a fixed fee against a defined scope, with explicit exclusions and a single point of accountability. Hourly billing is reserved for work outside the agreed scope.
What size and stage of project do you take?
Small developers, owners, and builders — typically one to ten units, and acquisitions under five million dollars. We work from feasibility through close-out, on a single stage or across several.
Do you arrange the financing or submit the CMHC application?
No. We prepare and lead the application package; a licensed mortgage broker submits it through the broker’s direct access to the insurer. We do not provide mortgage brokering, securities, accounting, or professional-engineering sign-off.
How soon will you reply?
